Customer Support Specialist / Budapest, Hungary
Buso Audio Hungary KFT is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a full-time position to support pro audio experts and studio professionals. This is a great opportunity to work with experts and gain experience in manufacturing furniture, logistics and how people work in the pro audio industry.
Responsibilities as a valued team member:
- Understand, analyze and respond to customer support inquiries through email, chat, and phone calls, with a primary focus on pro audio and studio-related queries.
- Coordinate, monitor and solve issues regarding shipments in collaboration with our freight partners.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to provide technical assistance tailored to customer requirements.
- Provide updates and assistance to customers concerning shipping, assembly, and resolution of any concerns or complaints.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively propose solutions to minimize customer support requests.
What we’re looking for:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hungarian.
- Outstanding communication skills, especially in addressing the complex needs of pro audio experts and studio professionals.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong and independent decision-making skills.
Great to have:
- Pro audio recording, mixing, mastering experience with in-depth understanding of the specific needs and preferences of our clients in the music industry.
- Experience with international shipments and customs processes.
- Additional language skills in French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
